You voluntarily consent for the following terms:

Photo RELEASE

By attending the Float On Yacht Party (henceforth called "Event"), you consent to being photographed, interviewed and/or videotaped by representatives of Tainted Love, TLBK LLC, and/or Bawlout Productions or any of their affiliates specifically regarding the Event experience and activities (henceforth collectively called "Float On Team"). Any information or images obtained from those activities may be reproduced by Float On Team for use in advertising, marketing, publicity and/or educational activities, including but not limited to Web sites, publications, videos, print and broadcast news. 

You authorize Float On Team to copyright, use, and publish such photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of you with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. 

You understand that you are free to address any specific questions or opt out of this consent by submitting those questions in writing to taintedlovebk@zoho.com prior to attending Event, and agree that your failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the consent terms. There is no time limit on the validity of this consent nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. 

LIABILITY RELEASE

By purchasing tickets for Float On Yacht Party (henceforth called "Event"), you release from liability and waive your right to sue Tainted Love, TLBK LLC, and/or Bawlout Productions, their employees, officers, volunteers, and agents (henceforth collectively called "Float On Team") from any and all claims, including claims of Float On Team's negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss you may suffer or which may result from your participation in this Event, travel to and from the Event (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Activity. 

You are voluntarily participating in this Event.

You understand that there are risks associated with your participation in this Event, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from your own or other's actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Event location (s) or facility (ies). Nonetheless, you assume all risks of your participation in this Event, whether known or unknown to you, including travel to and from the Event (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Event.

You understand that you are free to address any specific questions or opt out of this consent by submitting those questions in writing to taintedlovebk@zoho.com prior to attending Event, and you agree that your failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the consent terms. You also understand that your refusal to consent may result in your inability to attend the Event and may forfeit any ticket refund(s).
